Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support with the required details for verification.

Important – Unboxing Video Requirement

We kindly request customers to record a clear opening (unboxing) video when receiving the package. The video should start from the sealed package and show the full opening process without cuts.

This video is required in case you receive:

* A damaged item

* A missing product

* An incorrect item

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process return or replacement requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

* The product must be unused and in original condition

* The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories

* Requests must be made within the specified time after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Note

Slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings, and will not be considered as defects.
